Crimson: The Newest Drug Vincent Sven --- Laudinboro Press Reporter
Everybody knows that teenagers have their hangouts, their "safe havens." Our generation had them, as did every other. But what happens when an adult intrudes into this secret life of adolescents? They learn things that they never would have considered otherwise...
Over the past few weeks, this particular reporter has been spending an awful amount of time undercover, scouting the local teenage scene. Of all the popular teenage hangouts, one particular place stood out. Club Skunk, occupied mostly by high schoolers or those a bit older, is by far the most rebellious club of its kind. There is even a section of the club, deemed "The Underground" where sex and drugs can occur and will, for the most part, be overlooked.
Of all the drugs that have been used in this club, one stand above as the most mysterious. The drug that goes by the street name of "Crimson" has sprung, seemingly, from the shadows of The Underground, its true origin unknown. Crimson is a slimy red substance that is injected straight into the veins of the user. Because the drug is still in the young stages of its usage, the effects of long term use are still unknown, but studies are being done at the university to discover this information.
When asked how Crimson made him feel, an anonymous source stated, "It's like I'm completely calm, but at the same time, it feels like I can completely control the world." What impact could a drug this different have on Laudinboro, and on the entire Crimson-using population?
[Editor's Note: Crimson is the blood of a vampire, taken either forceably or willingly.]
